The
F.O.T process already contains a flocculation filtration system, so that
future editions require no more further investments. The filtration
reduces the settleable solids to values under the detection limit and
total phosphorus to values under 0,05 mg/l. The process also eliminates
bacteria, viruses and hormones. The waste water will be efficiently
disinfected and sanitised. This advantage for water and environment
protection pays itself out by a decrease of the sewage duty. Beyond that
the procedure corresponds in its entirety to the agenda 21.
The system was brought from the year 1996 to 2003 to
the marketability. The process bases on the fundamental idea that the
liquid/solid separation is the cheapest and most reliable form of
waste water treatment. The process suitability was proven with
three pilot plants which were dimensioned
for 1,000 inhabitants and worked more than 12 months
satisfactorily .
All components and assemblies of the procedure have
proven themselves for many years in large-scale technically.
In Germany the F.O.T process was offered for four
municipal advertisings. With three advertisings was our suggestion with
a projection of offer cheapest up to 35%. The 4-th advertising was more
favourable even 40% than standard waste-water procedures, provided that
the operator renounces the use of standard grease, fat and particle
separation, which is unneeded for the FOT process. Besides, is to be
taken into consideration that the FOT process is already dealing with
the elimination of bacteria, viruses
and hormones as well as many other organic and inorganic
contaminants, which are not be treated by the other offered standard
waste-water treatment systems. All our offers are made professionally in
collaboration with leading German engineering companies.
The calculations are based on the present results of
the large-scale technical pilot plants and contain to our conviction
still large security reserves whose figures must be allocated, however,
still experimentally. In addition, far-reaching developing potentials
still exist.
