We have several possibilities to market the F.O.T process. Once as complete installation sales and on the other hand as a licenser. A BOT (Build Operate Transfer) model is also possible.

For example, we can lease out the ATU as a black box unity and the other parts are built and merchandised by the licensee. This has the advantage that less capital is required and the process can only be hard copied, because the core piece of the F.O.T process remains in our possession.

 

First Capital Requirements

 

We must assume from the fact that we need  at least 1year before  the first orders can be realised. For the cadre I need in addition to my person:

 

1.    an experienced  process/chemical engineer

2.    a secretary / half the day

 

Approx. Personnel expenditures 250,000 € (correspond  to 3 employee / annual hours + travel expenses - for the first year.)

 

Furthermore we need a common capital stock for the plant engineering and construction. Indeed, 30% of the money will be transferred with the placing of order by the buyer, nevertheless, must be covered by a bank guarantee just as well as other warranty guarantees.
